Luis Díaz-Serrano is a full professor in the Department of Economics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). He joined the department in 2005 and from September 2007 to June 2010 he was an associate professor. He obtained degrees in Statistics and Market Research, as well as a master's degree in Quantitative and Regional Economics from the University of Barcelona. He received his doctorate in Economics (2001) from the URV.
In his research, he focuses on labor economics, behavioral economics, housing economics, immigration economics, health economics and applied microeconometrics.
