Catalina Jordi is a professor in the Department of Economics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). She holds a degree in Economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and obtained her PhD from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
Her main research interest focuses on issues related to the economics of labor, specifically unemployment, gender discrimination and labor mobility.
She currently teaches at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV and is part of the dean's team, where she is Head of the Degree in Labor Relations and Employment.
