Mònica Martin is associate professor in the Applied Economics area at the Department of Economics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. She holds a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a doctorate in Economics from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Her teaching focuses on Economic Structure and Transport Economics.
Her scientific interest is in transport economics and business demography and, in particular, port efficiency and productivity, business dynamics and survival. She has published her work in scientific journals and has also participated in different research and transfer projects.
