Barbara Ama Zelu is a doctoral student at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Rovira and Virgili (URV). He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an Mphil Bachelor of Economics from the same university. Barbara also holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of Alicante. His areas of interest are development economics and gender, applied microeconomics and labor economics.
She started her PhD in October 2021, and is currently working on financial inclusion and women's economic empowerment.
