The Health Economic Analysis Research Group (GRAES)

PRESENTATION

The Health Economic Analysis Research Group (GRAES) is an interuniversity and multidisciplinary group that develops different lines of research in the field of health economics. Its contributions revolve around two main axes: the mathematical modelling of health interventions and the efficient and equitable allocation of health resources.

The group has links with different researchers from other Catalan universities (e.g. UdL and UAB) and also with different health institutions, with which it collaborates in different projects. Some of the organisations with which the group has had contacts in recent years are The Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (IRBLleida), the Screening Unit of the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO) or the Ibero-American Cochrane Centre (Sant Pau Biomedical Research Institute - the IIB Sant Pau).
